    GTX 155 Storage?

Serious question as this was my top choice for a new ski. Why would SD build this boat with less than 14 gallons of storage? I ended up with an Ultra which has (so they state) 60 gallons.

It has the new hull and is nearly 140" long. Their smaller skis on the old hull have substantially more storage space. All the features of this ski would put it at the top of my list but the storage is a deal killer. Not bashing SD.

I dream of 14 gallons!!! I have a 260 RXT X aS and the front storage can only fit a McD's Quarterpounder, not a Big Mac that's too tall.

But seriously, it restricts the use unless you wanna lash a waterproof sac on the rear platform or wear a backpack.

Love the suspension though, so kind of accept it.

brp is WAY behind the curve....why they haven't improved this on the 3 seaters is a mystery....the sole reason i keep putting off buying one.

No storage turns it into a single use ski. Fun to play on but not an option to tour. Yes, you can find ways but not practical. Toss a couple small fenders in the front, maybe some fishing tackle, flippers, whatever... nope. And, it's a huge ski.

I have a 04 GTXSC and it has 50 gallons of storage in the front. No idea why they quit doing that. That also is a reason that I have put of a new ski. Will probably keep this one running as long as I can.

My GTX storage was killer! I thought about putting my sheepdog inside to demonstrate the storage it had when I sold it.

It is huge. Its amusing seeing folks try to reach stuff out of the bottom bending over the bars.

During inclement weather, I stop and climb inside mine to get out of the rain!
