    99gsxLimited engine compression?

I've wanted a GSX limited for quite a while and I finally found one for 2200 from a dealer he says everything works except for the when it starts up you'll hear a beep beep he says that does not work and he says the engine compression on both cylinders is 125 is that okay or should it be higher if I did get it would 125 last me till next winter for a rebuild Or word it need top end done. If 125 is low I would like to know so I can try and talk him down in price because of that reason. Thanks

Good compression on one of those motors should be around 135psi

125 isn't too bad. But it's not too good either. The good thing is both are equal so it means its wearing evenly. Check for grey tempo fuel lines as they must be changed. Look everything over and be picky. You should be able to leave with the ski for 1800-2000. I love these skis they are one of my favorite hull/motor combos seadoo ever made.
