    XL 1200 Oil line pop off, yep I know lol

    got this ski 68 hours been sitting for ever, but great condition, PTO Cylinder has 40 comp., the rest 115, pulled head off cylinder looks good, but enought scoring to cause drop in psi,, who can I send this to for a small .5 bore ?

    You can not just bore nikasil plated cylinders like ductile iron sleeves. If you want to get it repaired, must be repaired and replated by a company like Millenium Tech.

    You can have it sleeved but I would just have it repaired or buy a good used cylinder and start over. I have some good used cylinders in stock already honed.

    EDIT: Unless you are talking about a 1200 non powervalve motor
