More questions regarding Spark purchase
I know this sounds silly but is there a big gaping hole where the reverse handle goes? Dealer wasn't able to get the reverse kit at the time of order. Delivery is being taken April 1st now. Also he mentioned that at the 20 hour mark there is an inspection that requires the entire top end be removed for inspection along with the oil change. If I don't do this I will void my 4 year warranty? If this is true do I have to pay labor. These seems a little outrageous to me.

1st service is at 50 hrs but I would dooo it closer to 25.
No the stealership does not have to dooo the service to maintain the warranty... you can dooo it yourself and save big $$$ just keep a log and receipts just incase something does happen. Find a different dealership if they are trying to lie to you over services..

I would be pulling the top deck off earlier as I found clamps and bolts that needed a tight up especially the spark plugs ... This is at 5 hrs of riding ...
