OK Pine box derby experts - I need your help
My son's first year in Cub Scouts this year.
We have the pine box race car event coming up, and I have not started designing the car yet.
Those of you that have gone through this process, give me your tips for a smokin fast car. Keep in mind superchargers are illegal in this event

I can remember back to my pine derby days....
It's all in the wheels. I forget all the tweaks but search on the internet. I think I remember finding a place where you could either purchase wheels or some sort of glue to make the spinning friction resistant.
Post your results, I'm curious

Get a RR Stage 2 kit and put on it, it will be the fastest boxwood derby car ever LOL
Actually I believe you use graphite on the wheels, and make sure you put all the weight in the front.
