Sure, lightened internal parts (flywheel, cam, cam gear, crank, pistons, rods, valves, balance shaft).

KG's?? Not many!! If you want to remove wieghts from the ski, the seat and hood are the easiest two, then its the hull, removing wieght from the engine is about engine performance not wieght savings on the ski.

It would be easier for the rider to lose 10 to 20 kg that will make gross weight far less than any other mod

in the earlier skis you can remove the factory air ducting, OPAS and run open loop. It's good for about 13-15lbs

    Thank you,

I would like to use only engine (ROTAX 1503 HO). Not watercraft. It is necessary to reduce weight of engine. Any idea ?

The few internals you can replace are pricey number one and number two its geared towards power not weight lost even though some may weigh slightly less then stock parts.

Driver losing 5 lbs will be more weight savings then any internal engine weight savings would ever be.

what do you want to put the 1503 in? ultra-light?
rotax 1503HO is only a pwc motor @255/260hp, now that seadoo does not sell boats
yes the 1503 is a heavy motor but there is not much you can trim off it
just turn up the boost, it can take much more with the right tune
that will lower the HP per LBS ratio
