Raves just take cap off. Unbolt. And i use brake clean on the rubber diaphram. And wire wheel the valve them selves. Pretty straight forward. Click image for larger version.

I did it haha. Outside. thats after it was fresh. Still looks nice. I didnt prep as good as i shoulda.
I love my gsx. But its cost me alot.. keep an eye on your jet pump oil. If that plug didnt seal right you can get water in there. Use good fuel. And change out them grey fuel lines if you havent allready.

Definitely loose the grey fuel lines, empty the fuel water separator and make sure that the seal on it is good. Also check your fuel selector, I have seen a few of these leak and run motors lean or cause them not to run at all. They are pretty cheap to replace, so i just do it whenever i take off grey fuel lines anyway cause they are usually full of gunk. After all of that you should be good to go...

If a ski sits for More then a month then yes fog it with Stabil Fogging spray is a good thing to do. another good thing to do is take off the Exhaust rave valve for in spection, alot of times water will get in the Valve and rust out the two Band clamps.
