Fizzle F1000 Intercooler as OEM 255 260 replacement

I now have a kit that replaces the stock Sea Doo intercooler with my Fizzle F1000 Intercooler. This intercooler kit features the Fizzle F1000 Sea Doo Intercooler, along with 2 pipes, 4 silicone hoses, 8 clamps, and 2 brass fittings. It allows you use the Fizzle Intercooler in the stock location with stock or aftermarket exhaust. This serves as a replacement upgrade for T3 and S3 hull Sea Doo watercraft (255/260 HP) that come equipped with an external intercooler. The F1000 Intercooler gives gains in all around performance, including increased peak speed and peak RPMs, over all stock Seadoo intercoolers. Typical gains are approximately 100+ RPM over Sea Doo OEM 255 and 260 intercoolers. One of the main benefits is drastically reduced heat fade compared to the Sea Doo stock intercooler.

This will fit all S3 and T3 Seadoo hulls. That includes the 2012, 2013, 2014 RXP-X 260, all RXT/RXT-X/RXT IS 260s, GTX 260s, GTX IS 255, RXT IS 255. etc. What it will not fit is the 2008-2011 RXP-X 255 and the 2008-2009 RXT-X 255.

    Now available!

Mike, the pictures are of a RXP-X 260 The setup is the same for the 260 RXTs and 260 GTXs. That does remind me though to clarify which models this will work on. It will only work on the s3 and t3 hulls. So the 2008-2011 RXP-X 255 skis have different hoses and the 2008-2009 RXT-X 255 skis have different hoses. All other 255 and 260 skis will work with this setup that I posted above.

599.00 you get the best available performance intercooler out in the market. As most know buy a seadoo wait and your stock intercooler will leak, not to mention it won't even perform half as well as a fizzle. The cost difference in buying a replacement seadoo intercooler and a fizzle is nothing but the performance and durability is everything

Now it's become very interesting and a no brainer when swaping out the OEM crap. Well done.

Just one thing, will the existing water OEM IN/OUT lines fit? or will they need replacing? Existing connections are on the port side.

Your lines should be fine, just changing your stock intercooler with the fizzle should gain you 150-200 rpm. Man I love Your avatar lol I grew up with a Honda 110 lol

The OEM "out" line will fit for sure. For the "in" line it will depend on how you route the hose. Jeff (TheEliteOne) used the stock length "in" hose on his 260 RXP-X but a customer with a GTX 260 ended up needing an extra foot or so of hose for a total of around 30 inches.

150-200 RPM might be possible depending on which year. I'm going to advertise it as approximately 100 RPM to be on the safe side.

I'm about to send the details to Jerry. It should be available in the store within a couple days.

It amazes me the fail rate of the stock Seadoo intercoolers after 3 years (arguably 6 years) of issues. Granted there are a lot of them sold, we still do seem to see a significant amount of failures. I guess it's not that big of a surprise since it took 4 or 5 years to figure out the metal supercharger washers. Maybe the next step for them will be to label it a maintenance item that needs to be replaced every 100 hours??? The Fizzle F1000 Intercooler is a huge gain in durability. The added performance is just a bonus in my mind.

Here is the piping setup adapted to the GTX iS 260. It's hard to see what's going on in the busy engine compartment but the F1000 is perched back there in the stock location!

EDIT: updated first post with pictures of new hard pipe kit
