    Kawasaki 12F Drainig Battery

    What are possible causes?

This 12F seems to be very sensitive to any dross on battery posts.

What won't light up the Kawi, will light up my Honda.

So, I do keep the battery terminals, etc. polished.

She starts fast and fine, but drains the battery within 20 minutes.

I have ruled out battery, as I have 2 new batteries for it.

It might be your damaged Dash Meter that's draining your battery.
The Meter must have a crack (not very visable) and water/moisture got in there and the circuit is shorting out, draining the battery.
To test this, disconnect the Meter connectors (2?) from the main harness (open the front hood and you can see them right under the handlebar area), fully charge the battery. Then monitor the battery voltage whether dropping or not for a couple days.

A sure way to check if something is draining your battery would be to use a multimeter or amp meter to check battery current drain
