    GATO SeaDoo Intake Mods

In order to install the Stock SeaDoo Throttle Body & Sensors on the GATO
Aluminum Intake Manifold I had to make these mods:
Drill out and Tap one of the inserts got the pressure sensor
    Tapped to 1/4"NPT
Drill a 12mm hole for the MAP sensor
Also drill & tap M6 for Map Sensor bolt
Fabricate an adapter plate for the stock throttle body

Next thing to do is get a hold of some viton sheet material and make some gaskets for the TB adapter plate and to go between the Head & Intake flange

The GATO Manifold is for my GPRXP conversion ski, was going to start off with a big charger, then go turbo later. There are a few design issues I'm not so sure about on the GATO Intake, the position of the injectors being set back away from the head and the small openings on the mounting flange. I'm gonna try it out and see how it runs.
