    Fx sho engine tech

Hi guys I'm new and looking for a bit of help/advice. I have recently pulled the ski apart and done a heap of mods. Currently installed I have.
    Performance power filter kit
    Intake manifold upgrade
    Free flow exhaust
    Pump seal kit
    Top loader intake grate
    Ride plate
    Engin breather
    Engine cooling
    Fule pressure regulator
    Blow off valve
    Gen 2 power cooler
    Athena ecu
    1000cc injectors
    3bar map sensor
    Engine tech billet supercharger
I have the athena stage 3+ map installed. However the engine starts but never seams to run quiet right. And when giving it throttle after it gets to about 4000 rpm it seams to miss fire or something and dies. Backing off throttle and it goes back to idle.
Does any one know what could be causing this? Or know any one that has a similar setup with this charger? And might have a map for the ecu?
any help would be great thanks
