Unhappy My fellow GH's Will you give me some suggestions?

I took my 2008 RXP 215 out to the lake yesterday to shake off some cobwebs and I to check out the recently installed 4" kana and Gen 3 intercooler and to my disappointment I gained my max RPM's of 8200 but I didn't gain any mph. I still top out at 69.9 to 70 mph on smooth glass water with water temps around 70 degrees. Does that speed sound right for the amount of mods I have installed?

How ever the gas tank was 3/4s to full , But would that cause the speed to remain that low? Click image for larger version.

I have to agree. The 14/19 is holding you back. Throw on a 15/20r and you would probably gain 1-2 mph and lower your rpm's a little which you need to do anyways. Banging off the limiter is not good for your engine.

You need a bigger prop to 1) get off the limiter and 2) gain night and day performance gains

A side note is that most would recommend an rrfpr and afr monitoring at your level of mods because the ecu you have was not tuned for the x-charger and ext. intercooler. Just to be on the safe side...

I do have a Riva rrfpr and an innovate lc-1 to watch my afrs. I have since I was where you are at.

If I remember correct, when I was at your mod level the 15/20 prop put me right about 8050-8100 on a good day. Speeds maybe 72-73. That's why I decided to go with the 137X4 and the valvetrain and ecu upgrade. Did them all at the same time...AWESOME...loved it...never go back. Never touch the prop since new after all this and it got me whats listed below. I think that will be my next thing is to send the prop out for fine tuning and maybe depitch to get up a little higher in the rpms, but I'm close to where I would like to be.
