    everyones opinion will differ..

I started my t-x up.. idled in the water near the ramp making sure there were no leaks and everything came up to temp..

idled out of the no wake zone.. put ski in sport mode.. and hit the throttle til it wouldn't go anymore.. held it there for about 30 seconds (WOT)

backed it down to 6k.. varied the speed for about a minute.. back to WOT.. constantly varying rpms for the first hour with a lot of full throttle runs..

did that til the 2 hour mark.. then just drove the ski like I normally do..

some will say baby it.. some will say ride it like you stole it..

my rpms were about 7400 in the first 2 hours.. then about 200 rpms every second hour after that.. at the 6 hour it was pretty much topped out rpm wise..

Cheers for the feed back pal.
Was getting 7600 yesterday but found out they have a built in run in mode till they hit ten hrs, so just need more time on the ski to get it bedded in =)

the run in mode will open it self up every 2 hours. til 10 hours.. you will hit max rpm/speed @ 6 hours..
acceleration between 0 hours and 10 hours is a lot different as well..

I believe for the first 10 hours.. it limits the boost and timing as well for acceleration..
(someone else with more knowledge will probably chime in)

When I first dropped mine in the water I idled out of the no wake zone ,and then I allowed it to go to maybe 7000 rpm ,but then dropped down and varied the RPM for most of the ride. Hour 1 allowed me to peak at 7500 rpm ,and it progressively increased with time.

I was able to hit 8100 ish RPM around 4.5 hours with it settling at 8040 as expected. Currently at the 6 hour mark.

    Cool

Just vary your rpms. Dont run it at any 1 rpm for too long.
    I've got over 200+hrs on my 11tx..
Just let her warm up for 10 min before wot. It takes a full 10 min to get everything up to optimal temps..

    I like to fly....
