Stripped R&D Trim Nozzle Kit? Advice..?

I've got a 2000 gp1200r with a R&D Trim Nozzle Kit. It appears that the middle bolt's socket is stripped. I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like and if perhaps I could put a small nut on the bottom side to hold it in place. Any advice on what I should do?
