    Gp1200r ( 2k ) OEM or Riva Head

    Getting ready to start rebuilding the top end on this thing and not sure what I want to do. I am considering going back to a stock head since I have to run 93 or better gas. It's not just about price but it's a pain to fill 2 of these things up with different octane and premixing too.

    So, what am I really getting by using the Riva head compared to oem?
    The Riva head was a hardly damaged, when I guess it snagged a ring, but seemed to cleaned up really nice.

    What compression should I get after rebuild with these. It was around 120ish before? Anyone have info on these, can't seem to find much at all online?

    I may sale them, whats a goog price to ask ?

    those Riva head should yield 140-145 psi normally

    Thanks! Do these make a big difference in performance? I mean is it something I would notice? It's got the whole stage 3 kit, I believe. FA's stinger 3, heads, Solas, cone. Etc. I don't wanna put a stock head if it will cause the rest to need a change too.

    Well sure more compression will yield more power

    I'd get rid of that Stinger III and go back to stock pipe with D plate and Jetworks mod

    Better top end with the stock pipe

    I'm more after take off / hole shot, seems fast enough other wise, at least for the moment.

    Can't seem to find the post right off, but read the JW works with the S3 ?
