    Chipped 4tec block. Still useable?

    The cheap little stand I was using fell over and the case was damaged. Is this an essential part of the case? Looks like it might leak oil into galley.

    Lmk if it's dumpster bound. You guys would know better than me.

    That looks like an area that would be easily repaired as it's away from critical bearing and case bolt areas. I have no idea if you can just leave it other more knowledgable members can help there.

    Call me crazy... but if the piece fits well i would JB weld that missing piece in and very carefully seal the cases and run it...
