    2009 RXT-IS or 2011 RXT-IS

    Looking at a 2009 rxt-is and a 2011 rxt-is , what are the differences? what problems did these yr skis have and what should I be checking?

    09 with trailer asking 7500 has 100 hrs ....and the 2011 with trailer asking 10,000 has 70 hrs

    11 is the way to go. Better drive shaft and 260hp

    09 has the junk driveshaft and 255hp

    I mean, this is true. But there is a lot to consider. If you don't care about price, take the 2011. On the plus side it has less than 100 hours. On the down side if you ride a decent amount you'll be rebuilding the supercharger in 30 hours (this season). If the 2009 hasn't had it done I suppose that is a moot point.

    Just look at the drive shaft on the 09..
    It's rubber coated and junk...
    You will be sinking funds into it too replace. ..
    Also call your local doo dealership and give them the vin. See if there are any revalls or free buds updates.

    Offer 9k for the 11...

    Scott , those are the skis, nice price on the other one but im looking to get the IS, my bones are getting old.

    Wot, I offered 8900 for the 2011 with single trailer he came back at 10k with single trailer 9700 without a trailer. still seems to high

    Go ride it and test it and find faults...
    Offer less and you have cash to buy and unless he has others interested then you should be able to get her cheaper. .

    Verify vin with the title and same on the trailer. .
    Get sales receipts for both.
