97 sltx update kit installed. Still problems

I took my Polaris to a local shop and he installed the new kit because I had bogging issues before. Now it still won't go over 30 mph and he says it's not firing on one cylinder. He can't figure out why. The kit has no warranty. Could it be a bad part in the kit, bad install????? Please advise. It's a 97 Polaris sltx 1050

Do you know which part number ignition kit was installed?

The update kits reuse the original ignition coil pack. If the coil pack is bad then the engine will not run properly.

See my signature links for how to ohm test the ignition coil pack.

Also check the ignition wires to the spark plugs for correct ohms.

Make sure the correct NGK spark plugs are installed. They must be the resistor type spark plugs.

Good Way to find out if it Is ignition or fuel related.
