gprxp intermediate shaft for seadoo pump

Just wondering what people are doing for the intermediate shaft . Mine is a yamaha shaft with a seadoo end. Its been drilled pressed and welded over the yamaha shaft . Obviously it has worked but it has rusted and needs replacing. Should I duplicate it again or make a masterpiece like Mark in NZ has .Click image for larger version.

    Hey Steve, just seen this.

Why don't you get the shaft spun up and linished, and maybe get the splines lighty media blasted with a fine grade grit?

    steve,
us turbo idiots are limited with driveshaft breakages when pushing past 25psi+

whilst picking up HSE sponsons other day, noticed driveshafts were being milled out on one of the machines.

rated to 1000hp apparently.. if someone has all details, maybe i can get a price.

wasnt it ted that does the gprxp driveshafts?

1000hp, using the OEM output and shaft size? Now I wanna see that.

Sounds like a fantastic deal .....the DCC boys look like Skat does there work . But im not sure what shafts are needed in a sho conversion . With a yamaha pump you can use a stock gpr shaft . I can get new yamaha shafts for around $200 and get the same as what i have done .but i just want to know what normally gets done !
