Polaris slt 750- Had a vibration problem, but also leaking water around shaft

I tried to pull the pump to check my vibration, but it look more complicated than the four bolts that I thought. I went to the lake and noticed a steady stream of water coming from the lake side of the shaft. I guess this is the bearing. Is this easy to replace, and also is there a thread for removing the pump on this ski? Thanks for your help

Ok, I got the pump out. The seals did look bad. I thought inside the drive seals housing, it was going to have 2 bearings. It had a seal on each end and 2 races in the middle no bearings. Is this right? Also, my shaft looks good, but does show a little wear where it hits the races. The shaft is a little loose inside the propeller also, is this normal??? Thanks for your help.

I will post a picture of the shaft

Looks normal, and the through hull carrier should have two bronze bushings, and two seals. There should also be a grease fitting to fill the space in between the seals with grease. There really shouldn't be much of a "groove" worn into the shaft. If there is, you can cut back or install a longer rubber hose enough to re-align the bushings onto an unworn part of the shaft. If you install a longer hose, be mindful of the coupler cover as it may then be too close to the motor to install.......

Thanks blue fish, the worn places look to be coming from where the bushing are and not the seals. Should I be able to move the shaft inside the propeller? I had a vibration at idle speed that went away at higher speeds. I wonder if it was rubbing the bushings? Also should I rebuild this seals and bushings or buy complete set. Not sure how to remove the bushings. Thanks

I just pulled out the end of my shaft that is connected inside the impeller. The gear notches on the shaft, as well as the impeller are no square. The gear notches are angled, as most like they are sharpened on one side and not flat. Can they repair this impeller or must I look for a replacement? Any ideas on the best place to find a new shaft, driveline, and impeller???

If you need an impellor or drive shaft let me know. I have both, and the prop is a Solas Concord.
