    Question 1994 sl 750 plumbing problem

    I put a new engine in and i dont think i have the fuel lines right. the auto cock assy. is not even hooked up i have the ski running but it boggs out and i have to choke it to get up to speed and then it dies. i have been to partsfinder and still no help does any one have a pic of their plumbing. the oem pages are hard to understand the routing due to seperate pages.

    Welcome to the greenhulk! First, get rid of the autocock! There is no need for it, and I believe Polaris has a service bulletin telling people to remove it. Second, have you rebuilt the carbs? If not, I'd suggest doing that, since that's what it sounds like by your description. Third, replace ALL your fuel lines ($20) But look out for the fuel restrictor in the return line, you will need to put it back in! Fourth, Replace your fuel pump if you haven't already. Preferably with a triple outlet pump ($35) Finally, look into replacing your fuel selector valve ($27). You may want to consider going to premix and blocking off the oil pump, or at the very least, replace the oil lines as well.

    hi-flow fuel pump

    Hey where is a good place to pick up a triple outlet fuel pump? Also is there a power difference between a sl 750 and a slt 750 engine? the engine I bought was a slt and i put it in a sl.
