Hey guys simple question, do I use rtv on my new head gaskets? They are the metal ones from cometic. The old ones had it, but it squeezed out blocking a majority of the cooling passages.

No you do not. Just take a straight edge and make sure the heads are completely flat and clean them up nicely.

Thanks, I didn't think so but I went ahead and hit both sides with a light coat of some copper and bolted down.

Does anyone have a photo of the oil pump with the proper route of each out put? Also should I get 1/8 id vinyl tubing?

That link says to run premium fuel only--which is NOT correct. 87 is what is required in the Ultra 150. Premium is required in the supercharged 4-stroke 'Skis.

I can only get 92 octane ethanol free is that going to cause a shorter lifespan on my 150, I know if I run race fuel in my truck it does not burn correctly and can cause failure is this true for this ski

Well, race fuel isn't the same as 92 octane gasoline. No, 92 octane won't hurt your engine at all, ethanol will. If you can get ethanol-free gas, do it.
