06 gtx supercharger check in ski?

new to the forum I just bought a 13 gtr 215 with 19 hours. I so my son gets the 06 gtx sc with 230 hours mostly saltwater hr's the supercharger washers were changed at 100 hr. the bolts to the super charger are rusted and will not break free the dealer want 850.
can I check the sc in the ski?
how can I remove the supercharger.
can I pull the motor with the supercharger still attached?
do I need the aliment tool to re install the motor
the dealer said the exhaust manifold has a hole on the inside but I don't see one.
I'm not sure how much my son will use the ski can I go another 20 hr's before rebuilding the sc?
    yes I have the manual.
    thanks for the help

can I check the sc in the ski? Yes per the manual using the cam blocking tool.
how can I remove the supercharger. You gotta get those 3 SC bolts off no matter what!

do I need the aliment tool to re install the motor YES
the dealer said the exhaust manifold has a hole on the inside but I don't see one. Do you mean the WATERBOX (exhaust)?? Needs to be fixed or you'll probably sink the ski!
I'm not sure how much my son will use the ski can I go another 20 hr's before rebuilding the sc? ABSOLUTELY NOT, your sitting on a time bomb with 130 hours on the SC since rebuild. Get it off and have it rebuilt by Jerry ASAP.
    yes I have the manual.
    thanks for the help
The 06 GTX that has saltwater use clearly needs a bunch of maintenance. You either tackle it yourself or pay the man!

if the SC brakes it can destroy the motor
try heat on the front cover it may help loosen the bolts
when you reinstall a motor you must align it
the exhaust has a water jacket over the hot pipes

o.k my we decided to pull the motor. we can work the supercharger when it's out.
I think we can rebuild the supercharger our self. because I bought the gtr I will need to rebuild that one at 200 hr's. might as well buy the tools.
the manual I have is the Sea doo shop manual 219 100 211 is there a better manual?
    thanks

Your money on the SC rebuild would be MUCH BETTER spent by doing this:

You pulled the motor to work on the s/c?

Dooo you also pull the motor on your car to change the brakes???

I think the dealers $$$ would have been easier..

    Just my ,02

pulled the motor out we are replacing exhaust manifold, starter. j pipe, and all motor mounts. the prop has already been replaced.
so the big one is the supercharger.
    the rebuild is 330 kit + 75 labor + 30 shipping=435.
    new supercharger is 704.
    upgraded supercharger with new nozzles?
this has become a father son project. now my son has to come back home to see us for a few weekends.
