I tore into the pump today only to find out
1 adaptor was broken
1 was missing 1 of the 2 bolts..
the other 2 adaptors were loose on the pump (all on rideplate were tight..)
what a shitty design..
ever since the first issues 3 years ago.. I always lift the gate and check the bolts..
the one that was missing was on the back side of the pump (didn't notice it was gone until it fell out)
the one that was cracked in half looked fine but fell apart in my hand when I loosened to bolt..
are there any stronger after market pieces?

Did you ever make sure your engine was aligned? Every 2010-2011 T-X that guys have checked, have found it to be off by quite a bit causing all kinds of problems like yours.
After I re-aligned my engine all my drive line problems went away…….been lucky I guess.

I'll be checking alignment this time myself. ( with the help of a couple of mechanics).
I paid the previous place to replace all the bolts (even though there was a Service bulletin on it) and align the pump..
when the prop and wear ring came out.. everyone there was amazed on the condition.. the prop (factory) has 182 hours on it.. and looks like it came off the assembly line short of a slight rusting in some parts.. the edges are still sharp.. wear ring had Minimal signs of wear as well 150ish hours on that and could be reused with the new prop (i'm putting a new ring in just because I want to not due to the wear on the ring)..
the cavitation during hard launches was probably caused by the carbon ring/hat being worn (black dust in bottom of hull under carbon ring) a little water spray as well..
bellows was just as in same condition as the new one..
