How do you clamp off the proper hose when being towed?

You can't get to the engine area by lifting the seat. Has anyone thought of this yet?

According to the owners manual you take off the Black left side cover and the hose bringing water to the top of the engine is right there. Should Not be a problem while sitting on the Spark?

So, am I reading this right? You can tow but not over 13 mph, unless you clamp the hose ???

You can tow up to 13mph with hose clamped, it is not recommended to tow without hose clamped

And I was at the dealer today and its nearly impossible to Clamp the hose sitting on the Spark (Its about 15 inches rear of the left side engine opening) looks like if you need a tow you go to shore to be able to install clamp? Check it out if you own a Spark!!

Might have to get towed ata very low speed without clamping it. What would be a safe speed to stay under be?

Manual says 13 mph. But what if you towed it backwards?
