Question Bilge pump fitting gti 130 2013

I have a seadoo gti 2013 I had a bilge pump fitted by my dealer. He stuck it to the hull with what looks like epoxy. I used it once and it's come in stuck. Can anyone tell me should this be stuck down and if so what's the best glue to use bearing in mind it is used in the sea. Or is there a bracket that I can use. The bilge pump is a seadoo part.

    Thanks

The he seadoo dealer that installed it used a seadoo kit but they just epoxy glued it to the hull no bracket used. Where does the bracket fix to so when I take it back I can enlighten them

the braket goes on the right side near the exhaust ,the hull has 2 preinstalled holes ....the braket fit there with 2 screws and the bikge pump in on the braket with 1-2 ziptie.
