    New Addition

I really wanted Honda to stay in the game , but since they bailed I was forced to go with a Doo. The Honda is a little jealous. I hope the Doo holds up although maintenance will definitely be more frequent!

What a nice looking pair! I'm a Honda fan, too but Doos are the most boat-like, IMO (systems I can relate to, heat-exchanger cooling, etc.. I'd love them if they had a bigger displacement.) Congrats!

yep as do I, great pair, I am not a seadoo hater, but that seadoo will need alot of loving compared to the Honda but will last with all the loving and attention and the looks of the new doos, killer.

it amazes me how modern the Honda looks for a 2002 design! do love the look of the doos though, wish Yamaha would learn how to design a good looking ski.
bring on 2016 and the F20X and R20X !? Wishfull thinking lol.

"wish Yamaha would learn how to design a good looking ski." - Hilarious, I always think that. Yams undeniably a great ski but I always find myself eyeing Hondas (especially the 12s).
RE: F20x etc., there's a thread somewhere with S2000 motor in a GPR. Imagine... Honda COULD raise the bar to any height they want.

Thanks guys. I've been going back ,and fourth about a RXP-X since the 2012 redesign.
I really wanted to consider a new Yamaha FZR with the SVHO, but I like the looks of the Doo a lot more plus I really wanted a good hull for chop.

I've put 12 hours on the Doo , and so far I am VERY happy with it. It cuts chop , and stays hooked very well.
I was worried about S/C issues, but after talking to several people, it seems they have a handle on them these days , as long as it's rebuilt in a reasonable amount of time. I finally just accepted that you have to pay to play.

The Honda has been fantastic for the 7 years I have owned it. Bought new and now with over 500 hours it still runs great ,and even has the original battery. I will keep it for the days the Doo is down lol!

Nice pair indeed. The rxp x looks sharp. Really good racing ski too. The R12x still looks ahead of its time.
