Knock sensor harness
Part # 278002050 seems to be discontinued.
From what I can see is the only difference a 220k ohm resistor in series with the yellow wire. Has anyone just added the correct resistor?

Hey Ill let you know on that. Im making a setup to solder into the harness as I type. Im putting in the 18k shunt as in the pic as well. I tried to get one on eBay but the only dude that has them is out of the office till end of the month...wtf lol.

Ah see that just what I was gonna do. I see you say it's a 1.8k but the print shows an 18k. Wonder which it's supposed to be, I know it's just to protect it, but still.

Glad I found this and looked again. The print you put up has 1.8k the one I got says 18k lol. Thanks for that.

Well if anyone cares I did as the wire diagram shows and with the shunt it throws a check engine. Clipped shunt and bam works like a charm. Perfect afternoon out here on the water as well.
