So the only thing it looks like you don't have listed is the 87mm (bored out stock) jet nozzle. And Sea Lion also had high compression (92 octane) head work done.

He does say he had slightly higher jetting than stock 785.

I had Tech SLX jetting specs at one time, but must have deleted that PM on accident. Maybe you can shoot him a PM and see if he still has them available? (if he doesn't clear out his PM's it may be in his "sent" folder) Although he did have some port work done to his cylinders just so you know.

I have a few sets of 44's I'd let go cheap if you need a set.

I also have most of the parts needed for this conversion available if anyone else is interested in trying it.

Good luck with the build, and please keep us posted with your progress.

Thanks xlink for the reply this combo looks like it's going to make for a fun ride . I was thinking that the op 26cc head might be around the same as 92 octane modded heads . Wondering if the injector was used or primixed , early threads show jetting around 140+mains and 95-100 lows was the second pulse line installed in the reed spacer . Thanks I forgot about the bored out nozzle (87mm) also thanks for the info about 785s reeds of to my storage locker going to bring back everything I have for the 785 won't my wife be so happy lol .
Thanks for the info everything helps I will pm you about some carbs

OP heads are higher compression (make sure to use 92 octane fuel for sure), but they didn't have a real big following. Some have said the swirls might promote detonation, some think the squish is too tight, and others don't like the mono head. (Any variations in the cylinder heights can lead to a possible head gasket seal issue)

I had one and didn't really have a problem, but then I didn't run it for too long either. Your call if you decide to run it.

As far as I remember, premix was never discussed, so I don't know?

The key to the set up was supposed to be the raised operating RPM. Randy really liked the 1997 Pro 785 CDI timing for the blue engines.
