Hello to all the jet ski junkies out there!! I purchased a brand new 2014 RXP X 260 rs and in exactly 24 days i ll be going crazy in the water here in the Mediterranean sea!! I am posting this threat to find out some of the best positions of mounting my GOPRO on the RXP X 260. I will use both the suction mount and the sticker ones!! Please post pictures and videos of you footage and mounting positions!! I believe this could be useful for most of the jet skiers out there that want to capture the moment!!

I just use the suction cup mount and a shoe lace to act as a safety. I mount up by the dash on the flat colored surface making sure it extends over the mirror. I have also mounted on the stern facing backwards...any wide, flat surface works.

I had one mounted all the way up on the nose, next to the bumper.

Only issue with that was waves knocking the camera out of position, never had a sticky mount fail; even with a 700 gallon on-rush of water...

I use the suction mount with the floaty backdoor and I always tie it somewhere just in case... I also have the chest mount...

If you cut a piece of pool noodle and wrap it around the suction cup mount it will help it to float.
