Cylinder Head Oil Pressure Jet for 03-05 Engines ?

Is it better to use this oil pressure jet instead of stock on these year engines?

It depends on the rocker shaft that you are running. If 04-05 use the oil jet if 06 or newer no oil jet.

Thanks Iīm running 04 parts. I have taken head off to change valves (nr. 72524TK) so I will change the oil jet also since I have head off.

If you have it off i'd go for it. From what i was told when I had my motor built, 8600 rpms is around the limit for the stock oil jet. Anything over that should either get the updated jet or the jet removed with an 06+ rocker assembly.

What is max rpm on stock 04 rxp ? I donīt remember because I havenīt ride it in aboat 6 years. I will only change the valves because they could break. I also see some wear lines on camshaft bearing surfaces and in sylinder head bearing surfaces - not good, but I think I will run the engine like this until it really brakes down..

I don't think so, but i will dismantle front oilpump and maybe split crankcase as soon as I get time for it. Then I will get the whole picture. The SC was taken off and shipped to dealer aboat 6-7 years ago, they said nothing aboat the clutches was bad. Think they probably would have told me if it was bad, because then the engine should have been taken apart. If I remember right the ski only has aboat 80-90 h on it. Haven't got Candoo yet and instrument dead, so dont know for sure.
