Broken mounting Screws on 2007 RXP instrument cluster

Need some assistance please. I did numerous searches for this problem but came up empty. Anyone broken these two little bastards off when simply removing the cluster? They just twisted off like butter with the screw body in the cluster and the screw heads in my hand.
And if so is there a quick and dirty or a sano fix for this? Thank you in advance for all help on this ! 2007 RXP

Older and other Gauge clusters did this to me as well, the only fix I came up with was epoxy the plastic mounts back on reinforce with another coat of epoxy and be gentle screwing back on, either that or you will have to make/fab a bracket that will work
