At what compression # do I need to think about rebuild gp1200r?
My stock motor with 80 hours compression numbers are rear=112, center=117, and front 117. Rebuilt wsm platinum piston motor on sister ski is at 121 on all three cylinders. When do I need to do top end on original? Thanks

As long as all read within 10% of each other, I would wait until at least 120 hours.
Enjoy riding it this summer and make it next winter's project.

Ensure you have a good compression gauge. I use the Innova from OReilly's. Has a Schrader valve in the end of the hose. A really nice setup. Costs about 70 bucks. Well worth the price.
