    vtech support!?

    Ok I need some help. I've been trying to get a reply from vtech on this issue to no avail.. I bought a ecu and maptuner from a member here. The user name and login was changed over to me and vtech customer service shows my ecu vin is linked to my account but when I "request software" on the PC all I get is an empty seadoo folder!? No tunes show available!?

    Did you sent an email to support or Jonatan? Try to SMS him ... But it's 6am right now ... Try to SMS him in a couple hours ... he will reply...

    I texted him last week and emailed support on friday. Sent a screen shot to of what I'm looking at

    @VTECH.SE ... They may help you ... or try to SMS in a couple hours ... maybe they were busy...

    Im not crazy right. When I hook the maptuner up to the laptop and I click request software is should show me a list of all the canned tunes available for my ski?

    No.. sadly I've been out of town for work and won't be able to get back till thursday.. I'll keep you posted but I still haven't received a reply back to my emails to support.

    And I followed the directions on the youtube link except I am looking for the tune library since my ski is less modified than the ski this ecu came off of. I guess the easier question is how do I request a tune?

    Maybe you can redo what's in the video? If you already redid all the procedure... You should SMS the support for help
