What to use to seal TOP of bolts on ride plate / front intake grate bolts?

Like the title says what should i use to seal the TOP of the bolts that hold the ride plate to the hull / front intake grate bolts. Stock there is some yellow foam rubber over these of which i had to remove to take off my intake grate for some repairs. The rubber foam came off WAY to easy IMO and probably didnt seal at all.

Im talking about in the motor area on the top of the bolts / lock nut.
