    Battery spacer

I just bought a sealed battery from zipp battery. It works great and all but the only problem, it didn't come with a spacer!! They said they don't even have them or sell them. Does anyone know where I can get a plastic spacer?
    Thanks
    Mav

I have a 2012 RXT... I bought a Deka and same thing... No spacer... On a RXT the battery is squeeze at the rear of the ski... Even without the spacer it will not move... Maybe you can put a piece of wood... Look on the deka website... They have the spacer size...

I have a 2006 GTX STD and it sits directly underneath you. I just emailed them if they sell the spacers. And I tried a piece of wood and it just rots. Where did you find the spacer size of the website? Can you link me to it?
    Thanks

Search in this document for the EXT30LA ... You probably got a EXT30L ... The difference is the spacer

Plastic lumber. Plastic decking or plastic facia board.

Perhaps even a dense foam kneeling pad, trimmed to size.

I like that plastic stuff, can someone cut it to size? cuz 20mm is smaller than an inch like those come in.

So the spacer is needed on top of the ETX30L to extend the height from 176mm to 192.2mm?

Further the Deka fitted your RXT without any problems?

Can only order the ETX30L here. For only 195 euro = 270 dollar. So i hope everybody is right this is the best battery for our ski's....

For threadstarter, as mentioned a piece of foam or something must work well.

Well it's still missing the spacer size... But my the battery braket on my RXT 260 2012 is squeezing the battery all around... Not only on top... So it's really tight in there... I'll post some pictures tomorrow...

Go to a plastics supplier and get a piece of UHMW 3/4" thick. I had some leftover from a project and used it under the new sealed battery in my GTX.
