96 Polaris sl 700 vs 00 Virage 700
So I picked up a 2000 Polaris Virage 700 and my buddy has a 1996 Polaris sl700. On the NADA guide it says the SL has 70 hp & the Virage has 95 hp. If this is true whats the difference between the motors to make such a big increase? The only difference and can see is the Virage has a single carb and exhaust resonators!

Its 80 hp and 95 I think. The 95hp version has different cylinder porting and I think the ignition timing is different.
