    Exhaust Filter Gasket

    Hi,

    I Pull my Exhaust Filter last Weekend to check it. Everything Looks good, but why is only 1 gasket ot it ? I Look to the Repair Manual, and there Shows 2 Gaskets....

    I Install 2 new Gaskets now. Filter is after 12 HR like new. But in the Riva Instalation Manual for the Race Exhaust Plate you see on the one Pic also only one Gasket....

    It says "gaskets" with an "s" that usually means 2 here in the states. Also it says use red loc-tite, id go with anti-seize. Red is asking for stripped aluminium

    Yes i know, but on the Picture is only ONE GASKET !

    The other gasket is behind the exhaust filter...

    I didn't know you could slide back the downpipe without removing the I/C!

    Olomana I have been doing it that way from 2011 I past this info on way back then when others were removing the collector pipe also.

    I was removing the I/C to make it easier to use the torque wrench and move backward the waterbox when pulling off the dp...
