Yesterday morning I ran my jet ski across the Chesapeake Bay from Poquoson Va. to off of Fishermans Island to fish for Red Drum in the Shoals. I was using live hard crab for bait next to some breakers. I had one short run that did not stay tight over about four hours. Came back in 20 knot winds and four foot waves. Fun on the ski now that it is getting warmer!
The Juvenile Bald Eagles off of my house took their first flight this week. It is great to watch how the clumsily take off and land, I am sure I would be a poor flyer for the first time also. Here are some pictures I have taken the last couple of days.
