    Installing Kicker PXI50.2 & 4" Speakers in my '13 RXP-X

I wanted some tunes out there with me when I'm riding so I ordered up some 4" speakers and a PXI50.2.

The lid on the 13 RXP-X is pretty small so I was going into this with my fingers crossed everything will fit. The speakers got here today and I just finished mounting them in place. Still need to seal it up from the back side, and install the PXI50.2 controller when it arrives. I'm sure I will need to trim a bit of the edge of the glove box itself to get to close due to the nuts on the back side but that won't be a problem.

    Pics...

Nice let us know how it sounds when you have everything hooked up. Post more pics of the install as it progresses.

Looks good! I love the stereo on mine, use it every time I'm out.

His is probably louder than mine because the speakers are better quality, but you can hear it clearly up to about 50-55 mph. After that, there is just too much wind that drowns out the sound.

I'm converting my pxi50.2 to pxi Bt version which has just been released to select dealers. Had some issues with aux and water corrosion even after heatshrinking the connectors
