I know people have to make money in this business, but $200.00 for a finger throttle? Is it cheaper to get aftermarket bars and a standard finger throttle?

Its not just a finger throttle. The kit also comes with handlebar extensions, the throttle and the throttle lever housing to finnish the conversion off.

This along with the Riva grate, splash guard and OPAS blockoffs is the best money you will ever spend on your ski.
Oh, don't forget the metal washers too!

Do you have a picture of the splash guards? I've never seen them before.
