Spark blows 15 amp fuse during breakin period

I have a 90 2 seater spark I ran it for 30 min and it died ,found a loose negative battery cable and blown 15 amp fuse. Today I ran it again and beeped twice then died after 3 min, I changed fuse again and it ran for 2 more min then died again . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Please google cold temperature water spark.. I read somewhere where the spark doesn't like the water too cold, I'm not joking... Is the water really cold? It's crazy I know..

Been speaking to my Seadoo buddy and they have had 1 and changed ECU and wiring harness...

    He believes it's a faulty stator ...

Mine is in the shop with 1 hour 45 min on the clock, was 10 minutes into my second ride, for the same thing I believe. I was doing a combination of circles and jumping my wake, after about 4 or 5 on hardest landing of the small jumps I got an engine fault warning with no loss in performance. I took it slow to shore, powered on and off, warning went away, and I continued to ride. Next 4 or 5 small jumps it quits. I blew the 15 amp Batt fuse. It says in manual high and low battery voltage can cause engine fault warning, only other are major engine malfunctions. I am guessing it is the same issue, over charging I am thinking. Since when in air revving at all I am sure the charge system gets higher voltage with less resistance.
