I Picked up a ShuttleCraft Sport Deck, ETA: Need Assistance

Hey guys just got back not too long ago from picking up a ShuttleCraft Sport Deck to go along with my two new Sea-Doos. I will be using my '14 GTX Ltd to push this bad boy around.

The wife is already drooling over the sunning deck on the front....

The white portion at the bottom was the previous owners' invention. I will be improving the docking area substantially.

One on the back of my truck for size reference.

I've been trying to locate some circle roller style bumper for the universal side rails of the dock.

If anyone knows where I can buy these please let me know. They are the orange/yellow circle bumpers just above the the step in the side rail.

    Thanks!

poly bow roller end caps. Only 2 companies make them. stoltz and shoreline. guessing by your pics, you have the shoreline. shoreline have the 1/2" shaft hole and are 3", stoltz has 5/8" hole and are 3-1/4"

this is the cheapest I see of the shoreline http://www.boaterbarn.com/bow_roller...73240_prd1.htm
also on ebay for $12.27 buy it now

    here are the stoltz http://www.easternmarine.com/3-1-4-s...r-end-cap-rp32

    Thanks,

Here is a quick sketch of what I have in mind for the nose of the ski dock. I can custom fab it all out of aluminum I have here in my shop. The areas touching the ski will be polyurethane bow stops.

All square tubing will be welded to an aluminum plate then that plate will be bolted through the shuttle craft into back aluminum plates. The picture is lacking the downward facing support to hold the ski tight to the craft when the nose of the ski wants to rise.

Those look a lot like the rubber version I have on my enclosed trailer ramp door. They're rubber not poly on my trailer but if I understand why you need them they may be a better choice:

I have a little older Shuttlecraft that my 2005 Kawi 12F won't fit in. Can you post a closer pic of the center piece on the craft where the ski currently rests/mounts? I may have to work on something similar for the side mounts, I like the fact that these are adjustable for height.....so I gather the rollers actually sit on the top of the ski's siderail and hold it against the lower step yes?
