I have a slight warp in 3outta 3 heads. I check it cuz the clymer says .003 is within spec go figure mines the feeler gauge thats .004-.006mm slides under them Are they still safe?? I feel like i cant win with this ski.

What are you using as a straight edge to verify the clearance?

im lieing the heads on a table anthen sliding the feeler guage underneath. Whats wierd is that if i place both flat surfaces of the heads together there boths flush an the feeler gauge doesnt fit inbetween.

I'b be worried about the surface of your table.
Any clearance issues when you set them on the cylinders?

hahaha o yea the shop table...totally not as flat i i thought it was. I layed one of those really exspensive levels on it, the table is bowed. As for the head i layed them on the cylinders with no gasket not screwed on of course. No clearance issues. Im good!!!
