    Trailer posts/guides

    Hey everyone,

just wondering what members are normally using for trailer posts?

I've seen similar ones like these on Amazon for fairly cheap: (anyone know how tall they are?)

and i've seen ones like these as well :

When the ski is off the trailer it basically disappears making it very difficult to steer. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks Everyone!

totally unnecessary.. if you can't see your trailer then it's too far in the water!

i can't even see it when its on land without the ski, LOL.

not sure what you drive, but I have a truck and with the tailgate down the trailer isn't visible.

Get 2 skis with a double trailer. Problem solved.

Go to wallmart and buy the bike flags and bolt them to the fenders. Works great.

You can get them with the silly flags which i usually rip of sometimes they have yellow balls on top. Sams thing that the off roaders use only a lot less expensive.

I went to Home Depot last weekend and spent $20 and made these...only one on the trailer right now, ran out of daylight yesterday when I was rigging it up, lol. Could have made the bracket a lot beefier but I plan to only have the PVC on the trailer when loading or unloading the ski...they just slide right other the metal L bracket that I attached to the trailer.
