    Impeller Condition

    Hey guys,

    I'm in the process of replacing the wear ring but I noticed the impeller has a few dings. Will this need to be replaced? If it needs it, I wouldn't mind investing in a better one. I know the Concord 15/20 is the best, but I don't have the heads or compression to turn it. Thoughts?

    It depends on how much you want to spend. In my opinion, no its not perfect, but if you arent trying to race and have a perfect ski I'd leave it. Its not going to make a huge difference especially if your ski is pretty much stock.

    I may just leave it... I was able to get the wear ring off without removing the impeller Adding Proks and rejetting 2.3 needle, 167.5 main, 95 pilot with accel. pump removal.

    If you put the whole pump in the freezer the rings basically will slide in and out. Glad it came out easy for you!
