Question slx 1200 swapped with genesis 1200 motor now firing issues?

Had a blown up carbed 1200 polaris SLX Had all new ignition before it blew up.. we swapped over the stator and flywheel to a carbed genesis motor. Now the motor will fire but sounds like its missing and sometimes backfires before it fires.Click image for larger version.

Ground two spark plugs, see if it will start with just the MAG connected.

If yes, switch to just the CEN connected. Will it start?

    Then do the PTO cylinder.

It should start and run (equally poorly) on each single cylinder.

Sometimes the ignition coils for the CEN and PTO get swapped.
