Hi guys I'm looking down by the water box ( muffler) and I see a wire almost melted, I was going to go in deeper to see what it was going to but I won't get to it on tell this weekend. So I'm wondering if you can tell me what it's for. Thanks

Crank position sensor wire. Your ski's exhaust has been overheated in the past.... as you can see by the melted insulation on it.

He must have ran it aground, or clogged the cooling system...

Sounds like debris got sucked in and blocked the cooling passages. Check the classifieds here for used parts, might help

I wonder If its still gummed up. I should be able to see when I change it. Right. And the is water coming through the back when I flush it. Or should I go deeper. Oh and the smaller hose that goes on the water box looks kinked to me. But again there would be no way around it on less you had a longer hoses or a harder one, what a weard place for that hoses. Do you guy think it would have anything to do with it.
