Direct injection gray fuel line issue? 2002 Virage TXI 1200
I have a 2002 Virage TXI 1200 with gray fuel lines. I do see dried gunk in the lines as I replace them. Can this gunk effect the injectors and if so how do I correct the problem?

Unless you find there is a running problem, my suggestion is to not mess with the injectors.
There are fine mesh screens inside the injector tips that can be checked. I have posted somewhere on here how to remove the tips and inspect. Be careful to not get the tips swapped between injectors. Work on only one at a time. Each injector must go back on the exact same cylinder head it came from, with the same tip installed. And you must be careful with the injector bolt torque and injector alignment in the cylinder head cavity.
