    I launched my (new to me) 2010 RXT-iS Saturday - Few questions/problems

    1. When the suspension raises and lowers in AUTO MODE during docking and cruising sometimes it
will throw a code that beeps and lights up the battery light on my dash. As soon as the moving deck
reaches its target position the light will go out. I guess its drawing too much power?

    2. I rode the ski for under an hour and when I put it up on the jet dock the bilge had some water in it.
I pulled the bilge plugs and it slowly drained for about 10min then stopped.

    Any help appreciated

Did a code show up on cluster? what kind of beeps steady or series of beeps? I think there is a way to pull up codes on cluster but not sure of the sequence of buttons that need to be pushed. could be a bad battery or not charging if it's a steady beep and light, could also be something electrical that got wet from water in the hull.

now would be a good time to put that bilge pump in that I told you about last week.

10 minutes of draining is to much water in hull IMO.

Just a few second steady beep and light and then it cleared. I was just thinking when I changed out the battery I put in one that is totally sealed. The one that was in there had a hose going from it to a through hull drain, wonder if water is coming in the other way from that. Is there a check valve (one way valve) on it?

I've never had any error with my suspension system. I'm guessing try a new battery. You can find the water leak by running the ski on the trailer and putting it under, backed into the water at the ramp of course. I had a leak a while back and it was the small hose on top of the water box. I've also had the carbon seal go too. That will leak like crazy.

Did you fix the carbon seal yourself?

carbon seal is not to hard to do , but I am sure pulling the pump on ibr ski takes some time.

Thats the battery vent hose, dont think much water would come through that. you could always plug it with a bolt just to be safe

Try presing the mode button repeatedly until fault code is visable on cluster, then press the set button or up and down button to read any stored codes
